Julien Colombier - Skateboard

Julien Colombier is a French self-taught painter who lives and works in Paris.
He works mainly with acrylics and oil pastels and his supports range from canvas to paper, including murals, wood as well as installations. He is strongly influenced by the world of graffitti.
The artistic world of Julien Colombier is dreamlike, magical and disturbing at the same time. It is full of jungles and colorful tropical forest which play with the limits of figuration and decoration. The artist repeats his geometric and plant patterns in an obsessional way, creating a hypnotic organic environment for the viewer.
